Riverfront Park - Spokane River, WA | Tourist Detour

by Spokane Local 00:04:44
Description
Medí heads East to Spokane Washington to see Aunt Cathy. They explore the heart of downtown Spokane: Riverfront Park. Delighted by the grown-up playground, Medí jogs down an unreasonable deadend path, beats on an outdoor instrument, amuses himself with people swinging by on the gondolas, and learns something about the Bloomsday run in May when he encounters otherworldly runner sculptures. As evening sets in, the surrounding city architecture is a gaze to see. Night lights are a real sight from the city hills. Medí has been on an adventure finding many waterfalls to see all over. There's nothing like seeing a waterfall where you least expect it. The water in the Spokane River is gloriously beautiful from above on the Monroe bridge. The dam and the rapid falls make quite a nice scene. The area is perfect for beautiful walks right in the center of the city. A new bridge is going up with sights of the upper rapid falls. This part of Spokane River at the heart of the metropolis had been a place of gathering belonging to native Americans. The sheer beauty here is astounding.
